Job DescriptionAs a Team Van Truckload driver at Schneider, you'll be part of a dynamic duo that delivers freight across the country. With 95% no-touch freight and regular home time every three weeks, you'll enjoy a great work-life balance and earn a competitive salary.
Here's what you can expect:
- Dry van trailers with 95% no-touch freight
- Drive within all 48 states
- Take your dog or cat on the road with our Team Pet Policy
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving
- Weekly paychecks
- Weekly performance pay
- Paid orientation
- Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
- Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year
To qualify for this role, you'll need:
- A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
