We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Saint Joseph, Missouri.
About the JobThis is a 13-week contract opportunity with 40 hours of work per week, with an 8-hour shift during the day. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with various physical therapy needs
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient goals and objectives
- Provide hands-on therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions to promote patient recovery and mobility
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a degree in Physical Therapy and be licensed to practice in the state of Missouri. You should also have experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting and be comfortable with the demands of a travel contract.
