We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Vitality Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily activities, treatments, and emotional support, as outlined in their individualized service plans.
- Collaborate with the Wellness Director to develop and revise service plans, ensuring they are tailored to each resident's unique needs and preferences.
- Monitor and report any resident concerns or issues to the LPN or Medication Tech/Aid, as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Wellness Director, supporting the overall well-being of our residents.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Meet any state or provincial certification requirements.
- Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.
