Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited training program for Operating Room Technicians.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting is advantageous.
Certifications:
- BCLS certification through AHA is required upon hire or within 30 days.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in computer usage and able to meet competency requirements.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to distinguish colors and follow safety protocols.
Physical and Environmental Demands:
- Must possess good visual acuity and effective communication abilities.
- Work environment may include exposure to noise, odors, and mechanical parts.
This position plays a critical role in the surgical team, contributing to the overall health and well-being of our patients.
