Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at Steward Health Care. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing ultrasound procedures and related techniques to assist in diagnosis or treatment. Your expertise will be essential in producing high-quality images for interpretation by licensed practitioners.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides health care services, imaging modality to assist in diagnosis or treatment.
  • Performs ultrasound procedures and related techniques, producing images for the interpretation by; or at the request of a licensed practitioner.
  • Provides appropriate patient care (newborn, infant, child, adolescent, adult, geriatric).

Qualifications:
  • Education: Satisfactory completion of a formal Ultrasound training program or equivalent training as specified by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS).
  • Certification/Licensure: Certification by ARDMS (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography) with RDMS designation and/or current ARRT registered certification Sonography with RT (S) designation.
  • Experience: One to three years' experience preferred, but not required.
