Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to various locations across the USA to collaborate directly with repair shops, alongside remote work from home.
  • Travel requirements will be determined based on the candidate's compensation expectations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in CCC's management software.
  • Experience with QuickBooks.
  • Familiarity with dealership accounting systems such as CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds, Dealertrack, or similar platforms. Candidates with dealership experience should possess the ability to extract detailed information and manage sub-accounts effectively.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Analytical expertise to review profit and loss statements and conduct comparative analyses.
  • Understanding of Work In Progress (WIP) adjustments, month-end closing procedures, and reconciliation of management systems with accounting records for autobody facilities, including receivables and prepayments.
