Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Fast Casual Server to join our team. As a Fast Casual Server, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience. You'll work closely with our team to deliver food, clear and clean tables, package to-go orders, and respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
  • Know the menu and be able to make genuine recommendations
  • Deliver food to our guests, clear and clean tables, package to-go orders
  • Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a restaurant is great, but the ability to work as a team and a dynamic personality is even better
  • You have excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods of time, and are able to lift up to 25 pounds
