Key Responsibilities:

  • Clear and set up dining rooms, including tables, private dining rooms, and wait stations
  • Assist wait staff in serving food and beverages, including carrying food trays and refilling water glasses, coffee, and tea
  • Prepare water pitchers and bread stations, stock linens and dinnerware, and clean and polish tableware
  • Clean and maintain the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and removing trash
  • Assist with kitchen work and general cleanup as directed
  • Follow safety rules and maintain a clean and orderly work area

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • Some experience in bussing or restaurants is preferred
  • Ability to understand and speak the English language
  • Must be 18 years of age or over
  • Ability to work well as part of a team

Work Schedule:

Monday and Tuesday: 12 pm - 10 pm

Wednesday and Thursday: Off

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 4 pm - 11 pm
