About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Radiologist to join our team at the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and interpreting medical images.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have expertise in body imaging, including CT and MRI scans. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to diagnose and treat patients with complex medical conditions. Additionally, you will have opportunities to participate in teaching and research activities.

Responsibilities
  • Interpret medical images, including CT and MRI scans, to diagnose and treat patients
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in teaching and research activities to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in radiology
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Have a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited institution
  • Be board certified in diagnostic radiology
  • Hold a valid medical license in the United States
  • Have completed a residency program in diagnostic radiology
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
