Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our pediatric clinic team. As a member of our clinical team, you will become an integral part of each patient's service team, interacting closely with other clinicians to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess students' communication skills and identify communication disorders in areas such as articulation, fluency, voice, feeding, swallowing, and expressive and receptive language
  • Participate in testing and screening children and in IEP and/or IFSP meetings
  • Develop treatment plans and goals, interventions, and educational materials
  • Develop home treatment programs and provide training to parents and caregivers
  • Instruct assigned support staff on the use of augmentative communication devices, hearing aids, FM systems, feeding techniques, and strategies to implement treatment plans
  • Complete ongoing professional development requirements

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive medical (PPO, HSA, and HMO available), dental, vision insurance with optional FSA, 401(k) with company match, reimbursement for state license, professional association dues, and CEUs, and paid time off (PTO).
