Language Interventionist

Natrona County School District #1 is committed to providing high-quality educational services to our students, including speech and language therapy. We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students.

• Assess students' communication skills and develop targeted intervention plans to address identified needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create inclusive learning environments that support students with communication disorders.
• Develop and implement engaging and effective interventions to improve students' communication skills and confidence.
• Communicate regularly with parents and educators to keep them informed about student progress and provide recommendations for continued support.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in speech and language therapy and enhance your skills and knowledge.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, based on experience and education, and includes a $12,000 signing bonus for new hires. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
