Clinical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Providence Medical Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our clinical staff and developing strategies to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and developing clinical staff to achieve exceptional patient care.
  • Developing and implementing clinical best practices to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or equivalent education/experience.
  • Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • 3 years - RN experience managing complex patients, or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program.
