**Job Summary:**

The Evening Lodge Host is responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, providing timely assistance, and maintaining the cleanliness of our lodge. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Guest Interaction: Monitor the Outpost for any potential issues and respond promptly to guest requests.
  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Perform light maintenance tasks, launder and fold linen, and maintain the overall cleanliness of the lodge.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively address problems and implement solutions in an efficient and effective manner.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience: Previous experience in a guest-facing industry or customer service role.
  • Tech Savviness: Familiarity with technology and apps to work efficiently.
  • Outdoor Enthusiasm: A love for the outdoors and ability to work in various weather conditions.
