Responsibilities:
  • Greet and engage with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of our menu offerings.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff and management to guarantee seamless service.
  • Deliver exceptional service by promptly and courteously attending to guests' needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict sanitation and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive, cohesive work environment.
  • Handle all transactions accurately and efficiently, processing payments and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Clear and reset tables promptly, assisting in keeping the dining area clean and well-stocked.
