NHS Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with a focus on wound care and treatment. The successful candidate will possess experience in long-term care settings or with the elderly demographic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising all direct wound care procedures
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and reviewing skin care for residents
  • Addressing and managing specific skin conditions
  • Conducting regular skin assessments
  • Performing evaluations through various assessment techniques
  • Collaborating with the Care Planning Team to create individualized care plans
  • Administering treatments for skin conditions following established guidelines
  • Monitoring preventive strategies such as regular inspections, repositioning, and turning
  • Training new nursing staff and demonstrating procedures to incoming personnel
  • Managing the ordering and inventory of medical supplies and equipment
  • Assisting in adjusting treatment plans based on patient requirements
  • Providing education on prevention strategies to residents and their caregivers
Qualifications:
  • Valid RN license
  • Experience in long-term care or with the geriatric population
  • Preferred certifications in wound care or treatment
