POSITION SUMMARY
Address minor plumbing issues such as clearing blocked drains, using plungers for toilets, and fixing dripping faucets. Carry out various small repairs including securing loose toilet seats, replacing light bulbs, and patching wall imperfections. Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment, which includes cleaning and lubrication.
Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and security; report maintenance issues, safety risks, accidents, or injuries; and complete required safety training and certifications. Maintain a clean and professional appearance, safeguard confidential information, and protect company resources. Greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards, anticipate and respond to guests' service requirements, and assist individuals with disabilities. Communicate clearly and professionally with others. Build and sustain positive working relationships with colleagues and respond appropriately to their concerns. Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards. Perform physical tasks such as reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Assist in the movement, lifting, carrying, and placement of heavier objects (e.g., air conditioning units, televisions, dressers). Navigate stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of various sizes and weights. Execute other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: No prior work experience required.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
License or Certification: None required.
