LPN Unit Lead Position

As a Unit Manager - LPN, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant care that achieves positive clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and employee satisfaction on your assigned unit.
ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
- Maintaining collaboration with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate nursing coverage for safe care.
- Providing professional guidance and supervision to non-professional unit staff.
- Developing educational programs to address staff needs with the Nurse Educator.
- Ensuring proper medication management practices adhere to company policies.
- Maintaining direct patient care skills.
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the state.
- At least one year of nurse management experience.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
