Overview of the Position
Broadstep Behavioral Health Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our ACT team in Lumberton, NC. As a PMHNP, you will provide direct clinical care to adults in our community-based programs, working collaboratively with treatment teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide direct clinical care to adults in our community-based programs, including patient examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Order laboratory tests and review results to inform patient care decisions.
- Collaborate with treatment teams to ensure quality assessment standards are met and that treatment plans align with patient goals. Consult with primary healthcare providers on the clinical aspects of patient care and coordinate services to ensure seamless transitions between settings.
- Ensure coordination between mental health services and primary physical healthcare providers, developing and implementing treatment plans that address the holistic needs of patients.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in North Carolina
- Certification in Psychiatric and Mental Health (PMHNP)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
