Relocation and Estate Specialist

Caring Transitions is seeking a dynamic Part-Time Professional to join our team as a Relocation and Auction Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and helping families navigate life's transitions with ease.

We are looking for someone who thrives on variety, is comfortable working in different environments, and has excellent communication skills. As a Relocation and Auction Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing estate sales, packing and unpacking household goods, and assisting clients with resettling into their new spaces.

• Provide outstanding customer service to our clients and team members
• Demonstrate strong character and integrity with a professional attitude and demeanor
• Prepare homes for liquidations, online auctions, and in-person estate sales
• Photograph and write descriptions for items for online estate sale auctions
• Pack and unpack household goods professionally
• Sort and organize items for recycling, donation, disposal, and cleanout
• Attend assigned shifts regularly, punctually, and maintain attention to detail
• Work well on smart devices and apps for auction processing
• Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills with English fluency
• Complete tasks efficiently in fast-paced, changing environments
• Show physical ability to perform tasks such as prolonged standing, repetitive bending, climbing stairs, lifting up to 25 lbs, working a dolly, hanging items above 4 feet, carrying items to/from vehicles, outbuildings, and in the home
• Be willing to work in dirty and/or cluttered environments
• Have reliable transportation
• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• Undergo pre-employment background check

We offer a competitive starting pay rate of $16 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance and productivity within the first 90 days. Schedule: Mostly day shifts, occasional evening shifts, and weekends as needed.
