Job Summary

As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to acute care, rehabilitation, and outpatients in compliance with policies and procedures. You will work closely with individuals and families to provide quality care and participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of quality assurance programs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide speech therapy services to patients with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in quality assurance programs to improve patient outcomes
  • Provide pediatric school-based services part-time throughout the school year
Requirements
  • Valid CO state SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP)
  • One year of experience with swallowing disorders or extensive dysphagia management experience
  • Graduate of a school of speech/language pathology (MS or MA)
