Team and Opportunity:
innovaTel is actively seeking both full-time and part-time Psychiatrists who share our dedication to delivering efficient mental health care. This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work with patients in an Outpatient Community Mental Health Center environment. We prioritize supporting our clinical team, enabling our clinicians to concentrate on what truly matters—patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective psychiatric care management, including initial evaluations and medication management reviews, adhering to established clinical protocols
- Build strong relationships with a diverse patient population through telehealth
- Maintain high standards of clinical customer service by providing prompt and compassionate care
- Collaborate with the on-site clinical team to develop treatment plans
- Document all clinical findings and services in the electronic medical record in compliance with standards
- Be available on-screen for the duration of scheduled hours
- Commit to working 32-40 hours per week
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active Doctorate (MD / DO) required
- Board Certification
- Active medical state license in good standing
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing clarity and empathy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in treating patients with Serious Mental Illness
- Experience in managing patients with co-occurring substance use disorders
- Previous telemedicine experience and proficiency in using digital tools for patient care
- Adaptability to meet the needs of clinic partners, including same-day appointments and crisis situations
