Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Register Operations and Customer Service

Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is well-organized by rotating stock and maintaining cleanliness.

Position may involve cross-training in various areas, including receiving, pricing, and stocking donations. Physical Requirements: Employees may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and carry between 10 to 35 pounds. Tasks may include hanging, inspecting, and tagging textiles and clothing in a production-style environment.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in production or a similar role is preferred.

WORK HOURS: Associates should be available to work during most store hours, particularly evenings and weekends.

COMPENSATION: Starting pay is $13.50, with eligibility for a $2/hr pay differential.
