Job Details

Purgatory Resort is seeking a Shuttle Driver - CDL to join our team for the winter season.

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Shuttle Driver - CDL to transport employees and guests safely and efficiently around the resort. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a passenger endorsement, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Drive scheduled routes and transport employees and guests safely and efficiently
  • Maintain an operating schedule and report any problems immediately
  • Communicate effectively with guests regarding resort information and concerns/problems
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, maintained, and in good working order
  • Immediately report any problems or maintenance requirements to the Transportation Manager
Requirements
  • Must hold a current Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a passenger endorsement
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a medical certification test (DOT physical)
  • Must be able to work in extreme and/or adverse weather conditions
Working Environment

The Shuttle Driver - CDL will spend approximately 90% of their workday driving vehicles, often in extreme and/or adverse weather conditions. The remaining 10% of the workday will be spent in a normal office environment.

Benefits

This is a seasonal position from early November through early April. The Shuttle Driver - CDL will receive a free season pass for themselves and their dependents.
