About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Technician to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As a Dialysis Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dialysis services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver dialysis treatment to patients, including setting up equipment and monitoring vital signs.
  • Collaborate with registered nurses to ensure accurate and timely treatment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and families to provide exceptional care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • Dialysis Technician National Certification required within 18 months of hire.
  • 1 year of experience in patient care or as an EMT required.

  • Decisive judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills and professional behavior.
