Job Summary:

As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you will play a vital role in creating personalized experiences for every client. You will be part of a team that values your unique skills and passion for beauty. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional client service, understand clients' beauty goals, and recommend products that help them look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personalized Beauty Consultations: Engage with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences, and provide tailored recommendations for products and services.
• Product Demonstrations: Showcase your expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines, and demonstrate products to clients.
• Stay Current with Beauty Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and new products at Sephora, and share your knowledge with clients.
• Client Service: Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients, and provide exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction.
• Sales and Promotional Events: Participate in sales events and promotions, and help drive sales and revenue growth.
• Store Environment: Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment, and contribute to a positive and productive team culture.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Prior retail experience, preferably in a beauty or skincare environment.
• Passion for client service and beauty, with a strong understanding of beauty trends and products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to react to situations in the moment.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, with a commitment to consistent and reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
