Marketing Generalist Role

This is a marketing generalist role which includes the management and execution of the content development process and thought leadership strategies, maintenance of the brand's website and digital strategy, managing the brand's Partner program and working with internal teams to execute product launch deliverables and the tradeshow plan. This role will lead out in the development of creative marketing strategies and programs to increase brand awareness and generate demand for products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the content and thought leadership strategy
  • Understand the different types of content and propose the right tools needed for specific purposes
  • Generate ideas and develop thought leadership content for various target markets, and connect with subject matter experts to gather content
  • Produce marketing and thought leadership content including copywriting, editing, design, proofreading, approval, publishing, tracking and archiving
  • Define and execute the digital strategy
  • Create and send customer communications
  • Define and execute social media calendar, including planning, creating and placing posts
  • Work with outside vendor to manage website updates
  • Manage SEO and Paid Advertising
  • Update and manage contact database
  • Work with Digital Marketing tools to track and provide reporting on open rates, click rates and premium content downloads
  • Manage Partner program
  • Work with Sales team to add new integrators to the program
  • Participate in Quarterly business reviews
  • Create and maintain program content
  • Support all new product introductions
  • Establish a sustainable process for bringing new products to market
  • Lead the development of all NPI materials
  • Propose suitable metrics for measuring success
  • Traffic materials through various approvals to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Ensure distribution of materials to all audiences
  • Execute the Tradeshow plan, work with internal teams to prepare materials for needed for tradeshows and ensure appropriate booth staffing for each event
  • Perform cost/benefit analysis on tradeshow requests
  • Manage the Marketing budget and month-end process

Requirements:
  • Strong ability to build relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and garner buy-in from all levels of the organization
  • Strong project management skills, comfort with ambiguity, and excitement for fast-paced atmosphere
  • Ability to think strategically as well as operate at a tactical level
  • Experience with modern marketing tactics focused on business results and customer satisfaction
  • Technical writing skills a plus, editing skills is a must
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (Pardot, Hubspot) is a plus, basic experience with Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
  • Experience operating in a shared services environment (ideally a matrix organization)
  • 3-5 years of marketing communications experience
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Base compensation range of $90,000 - $110,000, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role
