Job Summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking a skilled GIS Analyst to join our team. As a GIS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' geographic information systems needs.

About the Role

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze geospatial data.
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date geospatial databases and maps.
• Utilize ESRI ArcGIS 10.x Desktop software suite and general GIS principles and concepts to create and edit geospatial data.
• Work with partners to obtain data and verify ownership of roads and other geographic features.
• Prepare and deliver reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ Years of experience in GIS analysis and mapping.
• Extensive knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS 10.x Desktop software suite and general GIS principles and concepts.
• Experience with ArcGIS editing tools, shapefiles, personal/file geodatabases, geodatabase topology, and editing in an SDE multi-user database.
• Familiarity with querying databases and validating data.
