The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, shipping, and organizing inventory, ensuring accurate data entry and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system.
  • Generate necessary shipping documents such as Bills of Lading and Packing Slips.
  • Coordinate with the sales team regarding product availability and back orders.
  • Participate in regular safety meetings and uphold safety standards.
  • Conduct daily cycle counts and manage inventory adjustments.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Contribute to safety and quality initiatives within the warehouse.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong communication and basic mathematical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to operate a forklift safely and effectively.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands for various tasks.
  • Must be able to lift items weighing up to 45 pounds.
  • Extended periods of sitting may be required when operating machinery.
