Key Holder Role Overview

At Everything But Water, we're seeking a highly skilled Key Holder to join our team at our Marina del Rey store. As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in creating a customer-centric environment through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Store Management team to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Supervise Sales Associates and provide guidance on brand standards, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on sales promotions and visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure a safe and secure store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, achieve sales goals, and drive business results.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
