About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Intensive Care Unit Nurse Specialist to join our team at MUSC Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA).

This position will work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), providing specialized care to patients requiring life-sustaining interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and manage critically ill patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or Associate's degree with experience).
  • Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:

Physical and Mental Requirements
