About the Job

This role requires a current New Hampshire state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), completion of an approved LPN educational program, and high school graduation or equivalent. With at least 6 months of experience in a similar role, you'll be equipped to handle the responsibilities of this position.

  • Providing compassionate nursing care as an LPN in post-acute facilities
  • Monitoring residents' physical and mental conditions and tracking their vital signs
  • Performing resident intakes, documenting medical histories and health concerns
  • Helping with medication administration and verification, tracking use and effects
  • Cultivating a comfortable, safe facility environment
  • Tracking residents' medical records and charts
  • Assisting with IVs, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
