Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled TEM Technician to join our Physical Characterization and Failure Analysis group at Experis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physics, material science, or electrical engineering, with a focus on semiconductor technology.
Key Responsibilities- Perform TEM analysis on hardware created by state-of-the-art semiconductor technology, including EUV lithography.
- Work as a team to support multiple projects, collaborating with the TEM engineer, failure analysis, unit process development, integration, and design teams.
- Conduct daily TEM imaging and basic analysis, maintaining group productivity.
- Develop and implement new techniques for TEM analysis, staying up-to-date with the latest technology advancements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong comprehension of 3D structure and its 2D cross-section.
- Steady hands to handle small objects.
- Basic understanding of chemistry and physics.
- Prior experience using transmission electron microscopes (basic knowledge ~ 6 months).
- Prior experience in the semiconductor industry (basic knowledge ~ 6 months).
- Understanding of basic integrated circuits (basic knowledge ~ 6 months).
- Operation of SEM/FIB/probe station/microscope (basic knowledge ~ 6 months).
