The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Clearly communicating project goals to all stakeholders and accurately assessing project status and progress.
- Ensuring the financial success of projects, including adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Managing change orders effectively for both subcontractors and client contracts.
- Forecasting and monitoring all project-related costs.
- Providing regular updates on project progress concerning budget and timeline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial project estimating.
- Proficiency in project pre-planning, including staffing and strategic meetings.
- Comprehensive understanding of the construction process.
- Experience with plan takeoffs, quantity analysis, and estimating.
