Position Overview:
As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and fostering a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life.
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary starting at $17.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
