Lead Veterinary Pathologist

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Veterinary Pathologist to join our team at WuXi AppTec. As a key member of our pathology group, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of pathology protocols and procedures.
Estimated Annual Salary: $180,000 - $250,000, based on experience and qualifications.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement pathology protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with GLP/CNAS.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including research scientists and clinicians, to design and execute clinical trials.
- Provide training and education to junior staff members on pathology techniques and protocols.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of pathology studies, including laboratory results and client communication.
Requirements:
- DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) or equivalent.
- ACVP Board Certification.
- 10+ years of experience in veterinary pathology, preferably in a CRO or pharmaceutical industry setting.
