Job Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to plant equipment to ensure continuous operations and production requirements.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls, circuits, mechanical and pneumatic components, and systems.
- Utilize knowledge of AC and DC electrical theory and functional understanding of 3-phase motor control circuits to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Operate and maintain manufacturing and facility equipment and systems, including forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities on production, processing, and plant equipment and systems.
- Accurately complete all required paperwork and reports.
- Work safely and follow all company safety procedures, including GMP guidelines.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Assist in the creation of a culture of safety and health by reporting any unsafe work conditions or practices to the supervisor.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- High School or GED required, Technical Certificate or Associate degree preferred.
- Able to lift to 50 lbs.
- Must have own hand tools to perform all job duties.
