Quality and Compliance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Quality and Compliance Manager to join our team at enVision Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality standards, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a direct report team of 6-8 and indirect quality inspectors in the Value Stream.
  • Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems, including AS9100, 13485, ISO14001, and ISO13485.
  • Develop and execute process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Global Quality Team and Supply Quality leads to achieve zero defects and right first time.
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with REACH and RoHS standards.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management, with a proven track record of driving process improvement and achieving operational excellence.
  • Experience with clean room certification and 8D methodology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
