About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (or Certified Eligible) to join our team at All Therapies Support Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Individual Behavior Plans for each child assessed
  • Conduct functional assessments and analyses to develop appropriate behavior strategies
  • Provide oversight to all areas of programming, including training of direct support professionals (RBTs)
  • Assist in the development and implementation of assessment tools
  • Maintain a caseload of clients and keep detailed notes of patient meetings and progress
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis or a related field
  • Ability to demonstrate competency in behavior management skills, instructional skills, oral and written communication, organizational skills, and interpersonal relations
  • Ability to submit documentation in a timely manner and keep patient information confidential
