Responsibilities

This role includes ensuring all service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner, maintaining an organized and clean work area, and assisting the service manager with monitoring inventory levels. You will also communicate effectively with residents, fellow Associates, vendors, and supervisors.

Requirements

You should have previous maintenance experience, preferably with painting and carpentry skills. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Compensation and Benefits
