Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at LaRosa's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

In this role, you will supervise hourly staff, manage inventory, maintain accurate financial records, and implement effective marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, and promoting a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise hourly staff, provide training and coaching, and ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Manage inventory levels, control costs, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including food safety and security protocols.
Requirements
  • 1 year of restaurant experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), additional college classes in management, accounting, and finance preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks as required by the job.
