Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited practical nurse program or currently enrolled in a nursing program.
  • 2+ years of nursing experience (Level II only).
  • Knowledge of LPN scope of practice according to the Ohio Board of Nursing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Physical Demands

The LPN will be required to stand frequently, walk frequently, and sit rarely. Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling will be required frequently, with a maximum weight of 50 pounds. Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling will be required occasionally.

Travel Requirements

Travel will be required 10% of the time.
