Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver healthcare services in clients' residences.
  • Perform household and domestic tasks.
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments.
  • Assist with personal care activities.
  • Monitor clients' vital signs and report on their health status.
  • Maintain accurate care records and document services provided.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support.
  • Understand basic nutrition and hygiene standards.
  • Exhibit proper nursing and healthcare administration skills.
Qualifications:
  • Valid HHA or PCA Certification in New York State.
  • Recent physical examination (within the last 9 months).
  • PPD test or chest x-ray completed within the last 5 years.
  • Proof of MMR immunization.
  • Drug screening clearance.
  • Valid identification and Social Security card.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrated warmth, compassion, patience, and trustworthiness.
  • Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Note: If vaccinated against COVID-19, please provide your vaccination documentation.

Work Schedule:
