Position Summary
The role involves collaborating within a team to assemble automotive parts, assessing differentials and clutch components to ensure they meet the quality expectations of clients and adhere to delivery timelines.
Core Responsibilities
Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of all safety and environmental policies and procedures relevant to the plant and cell/line operations, while being able to identify potential safety risks.
Operate all machinery within the cell/line at standard operational speeds with minimal downtime.
Display complete understanding of autonomous maintenance, Safety Alerts, Quality Alerts, and change management protocols associated with the cell/line.
Utilize correct gauging methods and perform all quality checks within the cell/line to the required standards.
Demonstrate proficiency in running masters and/or red rabbits.
Show capability to reset errors.
Qualifications / Experience / Skills
Possess good motor skills, hand dexterity, and the ability to stand for extended periods, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift/move over 40 lbs, along with good or corrected vision and hearing.
Preferred experience in manufacturing or assembly (minimum of 3 months).
