**Job Summary**

PeopleShare Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to join our team in a manufacturing leader role. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for benchtop assembly of exit signs, lighting fixtures, and associated sub-components.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Benchtop assembly of exit signs, lighting fixtures, and associated sub-components.
  • Some experience with production using basic hand tools and lite power tools is preferred but not required, as training will be provided for motivated individuals.
  • Occasional lifting of 50 lbs. is required.
  • Hourly starting rate based on experience and fit, plus Pay for Performance reviews twice yearly.
  • Supportive and team-based workplace environment where you are more than just a number.

**Requirements:**

  • Assembly experience is preferred.
  • Electrical experience is preferred.
  • Simple assembly in high volume.
  • Pick/pack inventory.
