As a Behavior Technician/Therapist, you will join our dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about helping children overcome their challenges and reach their full potential.

Job Description

In this part-time role, you will conduct 1:1 behavior therapy sessions using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You will work independently, implementing programming set up by the Clinical Director or Clinical Manager, and carrying out clinical tasks assigned by them. Data collection and recording will be an essential aspect of your job, as well as following through with administrative tasks.

Salary and Compensation

We offer an attractive salary range of $19-$31 per hour, based on your experience and education. Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent time management and punctuality.

Additionally, you should possess a valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, so please note the physical demands of this role, which include lifting up to 20 pounds, pushing/pulling, stooping/bending, kneeling, walking, sitting, standing, and reaching.
