Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Conn's HomePlus. As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of inventory, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the receipt, storage, and organization of inventory, including tagging and labeling products
  • Provide general warehouse support, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Assist in the maintenance of inventory levels, including conducting cycle counts and investigating discrepancies
  • Collaborate with other warehouse staff to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team
  • Ability to lift up to 150 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
