Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina or compatible compact licensure.
- Minimum 2 years experience as an RN.
- Current BLS certification.
- Within 6 months of hire the RN will obtain ACLS & PALS (offered internally).
