Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, shelves, and equipment
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting cash and inventory
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume establishment
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, as well as proper mixology techniques and beverage pairings
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
Working Conditions

The Bartender will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to noise, heat, and chemicals. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time is required.
