Key Responsibilities- Community Outreach and Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage with community groups, government agencies, and local municipalities to promote affordable housing initiatives.
- CRA Loan Origination: Originate, process, and underwrite CRA loans, ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations.
- Partnership Development: Develop and maintain partnerships with local community members, non-profit organizations, government agencies, and community development corporations to support affordable housing initiatives.
- Training and Education: Provide training and education to community members on credit counseling, financial literacy, and other related programs.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with CRA regulations and identify and mitigate risks associated with CRA loan origination.
- Education: High School Diploma and commitment to continuing job-related coursework.
- Experience: Two years of loan originating experience with a proven ability to support a pipeline of twenty loan applications per month.
- Skills: Strong sales skills, basic computer knowledge, and ability to use financial software.
- Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, able to prioritize, possess solid organizational and time management skills, and have solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
