Residential Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Residential Maintenance Specialist to join our Property Management Company in Tempe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with a focus on providing excellent service to our residents.
About the Role- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as grounds upkeep, plumbing repairs, and electrical work.
- Conduct unit turnovers and prepare vacant units for occupancy.
- Respond to work orders and complete repairs in a timely manner.
- At least 6 months of experience in residential maintenance or a related field.
- A set of basic hand tools and power drill.
- Reliable transportation for travel between properties.
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
The salary for this position is based on experience, certifications, and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and opportunities for professional growth.
All candidates are subject to a thorough background screening and must be eligible to work in the United States. Our workplace is drug-free and we are an equal opportunity employer. We estimate the salary for this position to be around $45,000-$60,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location.
